Game won't load on Ipad

Candy Crush and Candy Crush jelly won't load on Ipad. I have 2.5 gb memory free, ISO version 9.3.5

Hi BJ- Thanks for posting on King Care. I am sorry that you have been experiencing a problem with your iPad crashing. Could you please update your iOS version in the general settings as you do not have the most up to date version.
