Episode Timer Resetting

Up until now, I've had to use Gold to get through the episode timers since they never countdown. Ever. They ALL reset and reset and reset. I've finally run out of Gold and am unable to get past level 100. This issue appears to be widespread. There are numerous 'questions' posted on this exact problem and I've seen not ONE solution given to the public. Clearing cache is not working, so, what's going on King? Is the game free-to-play or is it pay-to-play? Friend requests for help are not being sent or received. So that option is not available to any of us either. This is a chronic problem and it needs to be solved once and for all. Ticket# 4188788.
