Jelly will not progress after level 60.

My Jelly game will not progress after level 60. The 3 day count down, does not count down. I need help, its been 3 weeks.

This is what I did yesterday. I added the game on my IPad and it immediately progressed to level 61. Not sure why, but now I can move on, on my computer.
