I agree that it cannot be completed due to a programming error. I got within 2 moves of beating the level and hat stuck in a loop as the game trident to replenish the candies and they kept falling through instead of stopping at the bottom of the playing field. However, the link posted in your comment is for a different level.

The link is for 616 but it's a very short video so if you blink it ends and goes to another level.  LOL!
