I have come to the conclusion support is rubbish for Jelly. As a level 2067 on Candy Crush Saga, I would expect the same level of game play and support. However after several attempts, I can't even message support and your silly questions, do not have the answer. I can see why most of my friends, have stopped playing. Not impressed at all.
