For Candy Crush Jelly, I bought 10 gold bars on my phone, it showed timed out +0 bars and no money taken from your account, then I tried again and it said I already bought it.  The money was taken out of paypal but I still show the 4 bars that I already had but not the 10 I tried to buy to finish a game.  The game still shows the continue and Play On 9 gold bars to continue then it takes me back to try and buy them again.  You owe me 10 gold bars. Of course I can not finish the game because I had to back out to bring up something else.
