Lost all my purchased gold bars

I lost all my gold bars in Jelly Crush when I reinstalled the app due to a paint can sign on level 700. I had just purchased 250 gold bars that morning. Is it possible to be refunded somehow. The app is now working, however, I am also now stuck on 703 with only 3 moves when there should be at least 20 from what I have read. I understand you are working on this, I am more concerned about how to recover my bars from the paint can encounter at 700.
