Can't get into Candy Crush Jelly from my Microsoft W10 phone, says "pending".

I have been playing all 3 Candy Crush games for several months now from my Microsoft Windows 10 phone. Only a couple of days ago the app icon for Candy Crush Jelly Saga is showing grayed out with a small status message below the icon saying "pending". I cannot get in to play anymore. I left off on level 240 or so. Will this eventually resolve itself?

Have you already tried going through the suggested steps given here, King Louie: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/loading-crashing-issues-windows-devices

None of those steps worked except for REINSTALL. Sadly, I lost all of my boosters, but fortunately Facebook saved my spot. If it hadn't, I would have quit. No wonder I haven't seen any other players on the map. This probably happened to them and they gave up.

Hi All I have a question that I'm hoping someone can answer. On the win 10 app I earn boosters but when I play the facebook version on a browser I get no boosters whatsoever no matter what. Can I fix this? TIA
