I recently purchased a package of gifts and 100 gold bars .I got the gifts but NOT the bars. Help!

Hi, I recently purchased a package at £14.99 of gifts and 100 gold bars . I received the gifts but not the 100 gold bars, what can I do please ? Kind regards Brig The game I am playing is jelly candy crush but it won't allow me to highlight it on your page !!!
