when starting candy crush jelly the screen comes up to water plant.  but when I try it says oops something went wrong,  this happens every time I try to play game.

The same thing keeps happening to me. I get the screen with the monkey that says "Oops. Sorry, something went wrong." I've tried clearing my cache and doing a hard refresh on the page and it still gives me the error, and then the next time I log in, it's set me back to day zero, as though I didn't play, and I am asked to revive my plant, and I don't get a candy that day. It's very frustrating. It's been happening all week. I'm using Firefox and playing on Facebook, if that matters.

The fix you sent works but when I try to play from Facebook Gameroom it will not work.  I get the original problem I asked about before.  Any thoughts on why this happens?  I can play the other Candy Crush games from facebook gameroom without any problems

I can't get it to load on my facebook page but if I log in as my mom it plays on her page.
