You have collected enough pufflers...

Hello, 

I already have 3 special pufflers which requires only one to break the ice to open the level but even if i already have enough pufflers, I still can't crack the ice to open the game. Clicking the ice will do nothing. Please help!

Which level are you currently stuck on? Please can you share a screenshot of your game board so that we can take a look for you? To add an image to your reply, please click on the "photo" icon in the top left hand corner of the text box.

You must play level one on the save Misty stage after you have more than enough pufflers for the next level in order to crack the glass surrounding the next level. It's not the same as when you played the first time. Then when you pass that level you must go back to main map to get more special pufflers. And so on. Hope this helps.
