I updated Candy Crush Jelly & lost all game progress, going back to 1!! How do I restore?

As above. Please help. Have deleted & re-booted plus downloaded again from Cloud but no luck. Help....

    Is your game still connected to Kingdom. This is worth checking out.

    To reconnect to Kingdom. Go to the game settings (bottom left) and tap the orange Kingdom icon. Here you can input your credentials.
