Can't move on to Level 101
in Support
I am already done with my level 100 but the gate to 101+ wont open. It's been a week already and the counter never changes. I have purchased gold bars to move forward and it says "purchase failed, store not available, try again later"Β This has been going on for a week, I have emptied cache, tried another browser, same thing.Β It has to be my account. I am using a PC with Windows 10.

Have you tried playing on King.com or on mobile too? Once passed you can synchronize and play on.
