Loading problem with Jelly crush

I've been getting this error message for the past 4 days. I've cleared my cache, and tried different browsers - still not working.  "You have experienced an error that we are working hard to fix.Please try again in a moment." This isn't the first time I've had this same problem.  How do I fix this one and for all??

There are no issues with the game loading from our side.

Could you let me know what browsers you have tried?

Have you tried restarting your router?

Do you have a lot of tabs or programs open when you play?
