Game does move from left to right but down making it impossible to get the jelly. How long must we wait. I did it on another device and it worked correctly. I didn't succeed so I went back later to that same device and now IT has the same issue. Cmon guys this is on your end. Don't ask us to factory reset! Are you kidding?

Thank you for posting this here on King Care.
Please check for updates for your iPad; its iOS version and the Candy Crush Jelly Saga app.
Restart your iPad afterwards and it should work. If it doesn´t, then please let me know and specify the exact model iPad you use and the iOS version you have installed on it.
