The timer doesn't count down unless the game is open. It's been about 5 days. None of my friends play it because, honestly, it's not that great of a game... so I can't get help to unlock levels. I try to just pay the gold, but it says it can't connect to the store. From looking around here, I can't find any solution except to post here so that someone can send me a PM to ask for information so they can fix it from their end. I'm not sure what info they need, so here are a few things that might be relevant... I play on Facebook, in Chrome, on a PC with Windows 10. My ID: 1234884001.
