I play everyday but reward is stuck on day 1

I play everyday and when I go in, the game gives me the first reward over and over again.

Please make sure you have updated your iPad to the latest iOS version available and that your Candy Crush Jelly Saga app is up to date too. Restart your iPad afterwards and please try again.

Hi Tony, I keep my iPad up to date always. I tried restarting too, still the same problem. I did receive 2 hours of free play yesterday but the game froze and I had to restart my iPad. Any other suggestions??
