where are my levels

lost all my levels, was at lease level 650 or more, but on feb 16/2018 I am at level one again, where did my levels go??

I'm sure your game was backed up, have you tried reconnecting the game app?

I have tried to reconnect the game app and it just takes me to level one, I will not play this game again if I have to start from the beginning, same as candy crush soda, will not play again this makes me really sad:(
