Why can’t I get passed frosted level 2 even though I have collected enough puffers?

I have the same problem playing level 4. I now have 9 pufflers, got 3 stars on level 3 and constantly get the onscreen link to play the mini game but it just won't react. Please let us know if this is can be fixed anytime soon

Same problem on lvl 4. Got 4/3 pufflers and yet it’s still frozen..
