Candy crush jelly crush 1597 is broken

Somewhere around the last 7 to 10 moves, Liquorice Larry gets stuck in an infinite loop, trying to make a move that doesn’t work over and over. The only way to stop it is to reset the game - lose the life and any boosters you’ve used no matter how far you’ve gotten. Why do your glitches always cost me money?

Thank you for your patience and great news everyone! In the next 2 weeks a new update for Candy Crush Jelly Saga will be released which fixes this issue.

If you are playing on a mobile device, please keep an eye out for the next game update in the app store to get back to the adventure! As soon as the update is released then Facebook and King.com will be updated automatically.

This is happening to me as well. The computer won’t let Larry choose a correct candy to move. Just loops an incorrect move over and over.

Update: now it's happening randomly, not when 7 to 10 moves are left, just now it was one move in.

I've sent you a private message (check for the envelope on the top right corner of your screen, if you are on the phone you might have to tilt it to see it). In the meanwhile, if you could record what happened and send it to us it would be of great help. If you need support on how to do that it would be much appreciated.
I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but this seems to be a new issue and you seem to be the only case. May I suggest you clear the browser data and cache? (I presume from your tagging that you are playing from a computer on Facebook)

Purple squares in place of rivals in the jelly race
