Chapter 4 opens but there are only gray circles and no numbers.

Chapter 4 opens however I can't play as the circles are gray and there are no numbers on them. The rest of the game works fine. I've played in ever level to make sure. I've got more than enough stars 826/750. App is up to date. I've got an Asus Zenfone AR. There's plenty of empty storage space. The phone is operating as it always has. I want to play the next chapter. Someone please help

Hi Carin, I need you to check something for me please. Are you seeing stars on each level below that? Sometimes the avatar gets stuck on a level and you have to replay it and then it will advance. Please let me know if this is happening to you. I haven't seen anyone else report their map looking like that yet.
