I have been skipped backwards several levels in candy crush jelly

I had progressed several levels including a super hard level and a number of hard levels. Then one day a opened the game and I was back on one that I had completed ages ago. I'm trying to catch up now but I'm getting stuck on the hard levels all over again. Can I get my progress back please?

Hi Tabitha, there are 2 ways that we can try to resolve this. First open the game and replay the level because sometimes the avatar gets stuck and the level needs to be replayed. Replay it and then refresh the game and see if it brings you back to your current level.
