IOS cant login using Facebook to get latest levels

Question

ipad prgress is higher than on any other device. I’m not able to login on any device and have to play in offline mode.

I have followed instructions, but it did not work, deleted app from FB, deleted FB app from device, closed all apps, rebooted device/s.

is there anything else I can try?

We can try two different things.  First have you ever played the game through the Kingdom?  You can create an account and then sync it to Facebook.  You can read more about that here:  https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/how-to-create-and-sync-a-kingdom-account

Second suggestion is to complete this contact form explaining what is going on.  They can go into your account and manually add it back for you.   https://care.king.com/contact

Hi, no that is not intirely correct.

The msin issue is I can not log in to save my progress from my iPad so I am playing offline.

I can not log in via iPhone or laptop so everything is not syncing.

I need to get my iPad logged in as this is the main device, but no device is able to log in.

Are you saying that your progress is not the same on your mobile devices - one has one level and another is higher?  If that's the case, then please follow the steps from here:  https://care.king.com/en/blog/article/have-you-lost-your-levels-a-guide-on-how-to-keep
