Can't connect to King or Facebook

Since last couple weeks in Candy Crush Jelly, King button doesn't do anything when pressed, so I can't access my King profile to save progress. Also no connectivity to Facebook, so I can't save progress that way either. I get error messages when trying to open gifts (like 2 hrs free play time), no daily boosters and cannot send or request lives (the button just bounces). Really don't want to reinstall and lose everything. Help?

Hi gamerswife2002, you aren't going to be able to connect because it's a glitch and the studio is now working on a fix.  Hopefully it will be resolved soon.  It's affecting more than just a couple of King games.
