Candy crush jelly saga wont load.

Hi
I have been trying to get Candy Crush Jelly Saga to work.
It will not load on my computer. I went to setting and I don't
know what I am looking at. I am running windows 10.
Please help.

Hi @mequeenie, there is a Facebook glitch going on where players can't load the game.  It's affecting Candy Crush Saga but you are the second player reporting it on CC Jelly today so that has to be the same glitch.  We are waiting for a fix from Facebook.  Can you play the game through the Kingdom instead of Facebook.

Sorry, I am not registered with Facebook. But I solved the problem
myself. I had to uninstall the game, and then re-install it and
I didn't lose any of my progress. Everything is working fine.
