Level 1451 bug

Apparently if your caterpillar gets stuck here... it will never let you complete the level. I wasted boosters here. How do I get them back?

It wouldn’t let me do anything at that point. The “tail” is not anywhere that I could find. And it was not under the green candy to the right.  Thanks for forwarding me to the right place!
