Sending and receiving lives

I can't ask for lives and receiving them won't let me tap on the ask or send. @Xarly

Hey, I met this issue, too.

Don't reinstall, because the studio still doesn't fix this.

@QueenB I try and failed to record a video, I also play on win10 app this is not a problem on there.

I have an old android phone which I suspect maybe the problem as one of superstars firebombmarkus mentioned that the games require at least 2gb to run them, this was in reference to another question I raised the other day about daily bonus not giving correct amount of gifts.

That could also be an issue but the Studio did say that game app version 2.21 should help improve these features.

We're not able to reproduce the issue and we haven't receive any similar reports so I'm afraid we need to ask you to test a different device or play on Facebook or Windows 10!

@Hockycko We're talking about Jelly Saga here so I'm not sure what issues you are facing with Shuffle Cats...

When you tap on the blue button right under the Gems and Gold bars, is the list empty? And you mentioned that you want to sync your account, are you referring syncing to another device?

@QueenB I think I'm too dense 'cause I can't sync my accounts... 😫😭 I only want friends on Shuffle Cat's! I think I'm following instructions correctly but I'm still not syncing. Any advice or videos? I researched on here and then during the game play. I tried to sync with my laptop first of course. Thanks for any help!

Are you able to make a video recording showing us what is happening (or not happening) while stating the date and time so I can pass this on to be investigated?

We can see that your game @joanne30 was able to send and receive life at 00:30 31/05 CET but nothing after that so we need a time stamp to help with the investigation.

Your game looks connected so that's not the issue... when you tap on send lives or ask friends, what happens?

I'm on android but no new update as I have checked but its still not letting me send or receive lives.

The app is up to date but your game hasn't been connected since 30/05/19, 23:34:05 CET. In this case, reinstalling the game app should help since you've already tried disconnecting and connecting it back and it did not help.

Note that any progress on the mobile device that has not been synchronized with Facebook/ Kingdom at this stage will be lost.

However, all the progress that is currently saved on Facebook/Kingdom can easily be retrieved, once you have reconnected the device successfully).

Regrettably, you will lose any saved boosters and messages. I would recommend using these up before re-installing, if possible. I can also compensate you something for the trouble 😉

Hi @QueenMia I'm playing Android mobile phone have try disconnecting and connecting from Facebook. The game is up to date from the play store game version number 2.21.7, last time game was updated was in 21 may 2019
