    @QueenB. I have 2.25.12 installed. How do I update? Do I have to uninstall & reinstall? If so, will I lose my progress (I am not a Facebooker)?

    @safsac You can try force closing the game and then open it again.

    Thanks @firebombmarkus ... I ended up updating thru Google Play. Kept my progress AND Allen is now working! Thanks to all involved in bringing Allen back to us!

    Mine has changed. Now I dont see Allen at all. He never shows up in the level when he should, or on the map.
