While playing Jelly Versus, I lost my progress of two wins in a row, two premium helps and a ticket when the game said there had been an error. The next thing that popped up said I would have to lose my progress or pay 15 gold bars to keep it!! It was the games error!!

    Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in. Please clear the cache. Otherwise, please play the current level and update your game, clear the cache and restart. Sometimes it's a time lag and it all comes back !!
