Why do people block before a win? :(

Ugh. I can’t stand it when someone is obviously about to win and still wastes time placing a block on me. Is it prolong the agony? Why people why??!

Oh this grinds my gears! 😤 However as soon as they come over with their blocker I disconnect & let them enjoy their 5 points 🤣

Maybe they just lose track of moves and think you have another turn. Just stupidity not meanness?

Yep, this can happen (been there done that) maybe I should have stressed that I especially loathe it happening when the opponent has prematurely/habitually/unnecessarily blocked throughout the match! I am not a natural blocker you see & will only block in retaliation unless there is an immediate threat that is!

@MooMooKD, there was an era when "cagers" (as we were calling the "blockers"), were not appearing too often! This was the era, when all boosters were available unlimited, but in two groups!
Most of the players were selecting as boosters the pink lollipop + striped or wrapped hammer!
At that era, it was very rare to find an opponent using the cage! More rarely, were appearing some opponents with two blockers!!!
Before this era, in the far beginning, there were only the two basic boosters/ blockers available. There was not so much cage abuse, because of the arenas available! My opinion is that overcaging is happening mostly on Arenas 11, 12 14 and 15, because of their design, that "supports" crazy candy dropping (11, 12, 15) or very closed board (14).

@Nikolaos_Prodromidis well they never left me! & can you explain why there are so many arenas? & why do some still get different blockers such as fish or the solid ones (unclear of their name) while I only get the bog standard ones?

About Arenas: I don't think that they are too many! Thete are a lot of players asking for more Arenas! 😃
About blockers: the solid ones are "cupcakes"!
You can select boosters just before the match starts!
You can also buy boosters using gold bars (if you want) 🙂

Wait what? I used to be able to buy boosters at one point but that isn't available to me & hasn't been for a while now!
