Why is there no treasure chests?
Actually this is all I use is a mobile and I have no treasure chest I'm not sure what's going on but I will try to find out so we all can have a clear answer
Are the treasure chests only on mobile?
I don't have chests either and I passed a few episodes already... must be a glitch. 😵💫

@Nikolaos_Prodromidis my chest has show up again after I finished last race at level 280 but this time only have one chest.
Every gate consists of 60 levels! I play many years, from the first days Jelly started, but I do not play frequently, to "observe" how do chests behave! I actually just play some levels to have a nice time playing!
The exception was this week, when I wanted to get the 200 badge and formerly, when I got all previous badges in one try!
On the other hand, I play R.C. frequently and I know a lot of details there! 😉
I started investigating how do chests behave just because of this thread and thanks again all players for your feedback here!
@Nikolaos_Prodromidis It's impossible because I play frequently, the race is within the gate. Every race have 20 levels. So on my last race, which is level 241~260 I have my chest. But when I started new race, which is level 261~280, I don't have any. I don't understand, how many level and race there in every gate and is it when I receive my chest in last race I won't receive anymore althought I play frequently?

I did not play since my last message, just to re-check the map at the same point!
Look at two screenshots similar to my last message's ones:
Numbers under chests have been changed! This means that after 7 hours chests are going to be disappeared!
The race is not related to this!
The episode is!
A new episode starts when we pass this "gate"!
Did you have chests when you passed through this gate to come to your current episode?
If you don't play grequently, you pass a gate starting a new episode, you do not play for 12, 18, 24 hours and the chests disappear because they have timer! 😉🎃
It's going the end for an episode race, but still don't have any..
@Nikolaos_Prodromidis you are welcome. Yesterday I started my new episode race from lv 261. Now I at lv 276 but still no any..It's sometimes appeared one only for me or total 3 together or don't have any. I didn't remember when is the first time this problem occurs. It sometimes appeared or disappeared for me.

I was playing yesterday and today at various hours and there were chests on my board!
I don't know what is going on now! I suppose it is better to check! 😉
EDIT: You are absolutely right! they disappeared!
Treasures gone again. When this happens it give you only one chest. Then they disapear for days.

The treasures have been on the map for the second time. Hopefully they don't disapear again.

I did not notice the other issue. Just the chests keep disappearing. I am not sure what my ID is.
Yes, you are right, there are not chests at all on the map! However, yesterday I was playing and I met and opened me chests! So the problem appeared in the night (Europe time)!
I am going to report the problem! Maybe after this the technical team is going to ask for your player I.D. If so, I am going to ask it from you.
Another issue that I have experienced for more than a week is that the graphic effects in Jelly were not working properly! It was very obvious when a player was using striped candy, colorbomb or any other special candy: the explotions and other effects were not o.k.
Did you also have this issue? There were reports by other players for this!
Checking now I realized that this issue was resolved! There is a possibility for this two issues to be connected..... just a thought....

As it seems, the problem was not only into your device, but it might be general!
I have the chests without uninstalling and reinstalling, this is something I strongly not recommend! This way you loose all of your boosters! I have many boosters for Royal Championship! You also loose all gold bars in your piggy bank. You do not loose your purchased gold bars!

Hi @kerryhotte Welcome to the Jelly Forum. I am not responsible in this forum. But the same thing happened to me as it did to you. I'm always waiting for new levels every Wednesday because I'm at the end of the map. Otherwise, I always got the treasure chests on the map with the new levels. Last Wednesday it wasn't like that.
I thought it was because I logged into the game too early in the day. In order not to lose the double daily bonus, I played the 20 new levels even without the treasure chests. Since I don't have any new levels at the moment, I can't check if it's still like that.
I had an update in my store today and hope that the error was corrected with it.
As a precaution, I also ask the responsible colleagues @Princess_Jessica and @Nikolaos_Prodromidis whether they have received a complaint from other players.

One chest appeared on level 2773 but then, as it seems not more!
I had not the time to investigate more in the Weekend!
As far as I know there are not other report about this!

There is treasures on the map today. Yesterday I Uninstalled the game and then downloaded again. Not sure if this is what fixed it. Make sure you have saved your progress.
so I’ve been recently getting this strange bug after the game loads as instead of seeing rivals on the jelly race banner I’m seeing purple squares instead and it’s getting stressful I don’t known what to do my app is updated and connection is solid
