Level 6508 is UNplayable! No room for ANY moves and so you get kicked out without any possible moves.
Please fix this.....
Same issue. Plus, I lost my extra balloons because of this mess!!
Loads and says "there are no more possible moves". I don't see how there are any possible moves on this level.

I dont know if developers are reading this thread, but i guess it will take some time and game upgrade until this is sorted. So watch put for app upgrade :) does anybody know how to get the info to developers? Or are they reading this Support part?

I have the same issue it’s impossible to start the game. I can no longer progress with Candy Crush Jelly! Please sort this bug out!
Same problem here. There is no chance to select boosters after level display, and even if you select double fish before level display, the fishes doesn't change the situation at all (I have tried it many times, with or without other boosters - see attached image). It then exits the level with no possibility of any input. There is no way to start playing the level. This have to be a bug. Please help. Thank you.

I close and open again at least 100 times and still didn’t work
Check the amount of free memory on your device. You need at least 2 GB.
- Check for updates for your app and run them. CCJS version 3.4.3
- Clear cache (don't clear data!) when using a mobile device
- Then turn off your device completely and keep it off for at least 10 seconds (some suggest 30-60 seconds). After restarting your device, if the level is fixed?

There are some tips here by the member Andres-2.
Problem still not fixed. Plenty of space on the phone, tried restarting twice, leaving phone off, etc. No update available in the App Store.
Did you clear game's cache?
It is reported that the problem is been fixed!
However, in some cases some action needed by the player: clearing cache, restart device, update app etc.
The question is probably for the Jelly level 6508! It is reported that the problem has been fixed!

I feel your pain. I experienced similar frustrations with level 6525.
For the last five days I've been working on it, and wasting quite a few boosters, to no avail (BTW, all last week I was leading in the weekly race). Today I noticed the format of this level had changed and I was able to pass it on my second attempt! Unfortunately someone else completed it earlier and won the 5 gold bars😣.

Without a doubt, your algorithm is a sloppy piece of work. It’s really poorly made; you don’t fix the code, you don’t respond to the requests people make here. You guys are astonishingly incompetent.
