This is my second message. You took money from my bank account in the amount of €7.99 but an error message appeared and nothing on my game. Could you do me the courtesy of replacing my money

Then you can explain your problem! A screenshot helps, if available! It is also a good idea to have your user ID in hand, for the case that it 'll be asked!
