For boss levels in Candy Crush Jelly Saga, the opponent's moves are not counted. If your opponent makes a lot of special combinations (fish, wrapped or striped candies and other special candies), it will appear that your opponent has more moves than you. This is basically the case at all boss levels (if you're playing against Jelly Queen, Cupcake Carl or Liquorice Larry).
At level 345, you'll need to combine orange candies to make Monklings appear on your side of the board. However, you only have orange candies on Liquorice Larry's game board, while he has to collect blue candies on your game board. If you do it skillfully, you can take advantage of it when Larry removes obstacles and blockers on your side. Here's a video where you might be able to find a strategy for you.
