As Jessica explained to you, you can add friends in FB. You join a group of players and add them. If you have a King account, this is not possible. It might help you if you are in FB and have a King account that you can sync them. Everything about synchronizing is in the Help Center. I can only recommend this if you want it!

Unfortunately the reason you never received lives is we get random picked friends and they will be active one minute then not be active no more for months the only way to add friends is through FB and add your FB friends to play with unfortunately if you choose to stay with random picked friends then most of them are hardly ever active to send lives I hope this helps you a little 🤗
