Game won't connect after 1640

I'm on level 1648 now, and I kept thinking it was a hiccup. I made it much farther before uninstalling and reinstalling, and because it never connected I lost all my progress.

I cant buy anything from the store, I can't use gold, I can't get extra moves with gold, I can't give or receive lives, and my picture doesn't show.

How can I get everything connected again?

Please check your internet connection. I read that you are on FB. You always have to save your progress there. Do you have a King account? I would recommend this to you and everything runs automatically there, you don't have to save yourself. You can synchronize your King account with the FB account. You can find all of this in the help center. Please clear the cache in your games. If you lost your progress, no problem. Please play level 1 again and complete it, then the game will update and you will be at your current level. If you have any further questions, please get back to us!
