If you are not able to purchase only for a week, while previously you were able, you have probably some temporary issue!

However, you can contact to support and explain your issue, selecting "contact us". You can find it down on every page in the forum!

Have you tried to go through the troubleshooting steps?

1. Keep the game and device updated;
2. Have at least 2 GBs of free memory;
3. Clear cache;
4. Have a stable Internet connection;

If after all of this please go down to the bottom of the page and click on contact us and explain the support may have the answer for you 😊
