Hi, I am sorry you  having a problem.  this is the blue circle that you are looking for.

You may not have your FB and King Synced.

PRE-REQUISITES: Before starting, make sure you...

* have your Facebook and your King account synced, and
* are connected to Facebook.

Once you make sure you have these two things, you will get a pop-up!
