Hi, sorry you are having this problem. Lets do a soft reset on your game. Log out of your game, let it sit for a few seconds, then log back in with your email and password. Hopefully that will take care of it 💕
This is also happening to me. Conveniently near the end of a play and I’m about to win. Very frustrating.

You can only update your game and clear the cache. I know this well and my experience says that you have to be patient. If the game freezes then just wait and do nothing. Then the game continues. It's usually at the end of the game when you can finish it well. Please try it!! That's my tip to you.
