how do I transfer my progress to King Community for several games?

I just registered in the King Community. I need to transfer my progress in several games (Candy Crush Saga, Candy Crush Soda, Candy Crush Jelly, Farm Heroes, Blossom Blast, etc.) How do I do this?

When you log into your game all of your progress will be saved. Here in the community it does not show your progress. We are here to answer any questions you may have about the game.
