Hello I'm sorry your having issues. This once happened to me. I had to log out clear cache update my game log back in and it still was showing I played a couple of levels and it automatically went back to my progress you can try this and if it doesn't help please let me know π
I was at level 2224 on Jelly Crush. Soda Crush told me to log back in, although I hadn't logged out to my knowledge. I logged into Soda Crush and got all kinds of new elements to the game. When I opened Jelly Crush to play again, I was kicked back to level 1. How do I get my progress back?

Hello! You shouldn't lose your GB. Please look in the help center under gold bars and buy. Maybe you'll find something there. Talk when you bought them. You need help there.
Yippy took your advice and found the update in the microsoft store. clicked on it and loged in to my account. lost my boosters and gold but thats ok i got my level 5762 back and not have to start at 1.π
For me it ran on Windows 10 and had no problems. My game was released on March 9th. updated and have the VERSION: 3.21.3.0

@Princess_Jessica I just opened the game on Windows 11. It's now working! @mikenorth I live in the USA. Try updating the game on Windows 10 and see if it opens for you. Also try logging out and logging back in to see that works for you. I am in shock that it's been fixed but we weren't notified about this.

On Windows 11, the game works again. It can be opened, the daily bonus can be picked up and playing is also possible.

Please DO NOT UNINSTALL YOUR GAME
If you are on level 1, please Log out of your game, then log back in with your email and password. If you are still on level 1, play that level the do another log out and log in. That should take you to your correct level.
