Hi fans of Candy Crush Jelly Saga! We know that adding friends and requesting lives can sometimes be a bit confusing, and it's a hot topic in the Jelly community. We're here to help clear things up for you! Let’s dive into some of the most frequently asked questions. 💬
How can I add friends?
We understand that you might want to connect with specific friends in the game. Unfortunately, the only way to manually add friends is through Facebook. If you're connected to Facebook and need some guidance, we've got a helpful post just for that! In other cases, the game will show you only random players.
Why can’t I manually add or select friends to send lives to?
We know it would be great to have more control over who you connect with in the game. Right now, Candy Crush Jelly Saga doesn’t have a feature that allows you to manually search for or add friends, so the system will automatically select random players for you unless you're connected through Facebook.
Can I guarantee that the players shown will send me lives?
While the game does its best to match you with players who might send lives, it’s ultimately up to each player to decide. We can’t guarantee that you’ll receive lives immediately after requesting them, but hang in there—your fellow Jelly players are usually generous!
I tried to accept lives, but it seems the accept button is not working. What’s going on?
To receive lives, you must have fewer than 5 lives. If your lives are full, you won’t be able to claim any additional ones. When your lives are at maximum, the accept button will be darkened, indicating that you cannot receive more at the moment. But don’t worry—just use up a few lives, and you’ll be able to accept more!

I'm not getting lives from friends anymore. I get request for a life and send it but it's not received. How can I fix this.

Hi, sorry you are having this problem. It is probably because some of the friends are not playing or the are just not sending lives back. Just keep sending lives to others and hope they will send back.
There really is not anything we can do because the friends are picked at random by King. 🤗

Same problem here. I send to a friend, and they send back every time but neither of us get the extra life requested

This is a sucky game where this issue is a problem for all of us we need a way to add players in here so we can play the game and move on to next levels instead of having to keep waiting for more lives, I probably didn't explain this well, but I am so close to deleting this game from frustration, also we need to be able to get gold bars as gifts.

KING ENTERTAMENT IS JUST REFUSING TO FIX THE ISSUE PERIOD, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY LIVES FROM MY ALREADY KEY WORD HERE ALREADY FRIENDS THAT PLAY THE GAME WITH ME SINCE THEIR UPDATE. NO MATTER WHAT YOU SAY HOW YOU SAY IT OVER AND OVER THEY ARE GOING TO SAY THEY ARE NOT TO BLAME AND GIVE YOU SOME OFF THE WALL NONE ISSUE THAT IS NOT GOING TO RESOLVE THE TRUE ISSUE TECH ISSUE ON THEIR PART. I HAVE SENT OUT FRIENDS REQUEST FOR OVER 3 TO 4 WEEKS AND HAVE NOT RECIEVED ONE SINGLE LIFE FROM A FRIEND SINCE YOUR UPDATE, NOT A MATTER OF ADDING NEW FRIENDS ITS A MATTER OF RECIEVING THE LIFES FROM THE FRIENDS I ALREADY HAVE. HOW ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THAT ISSUE OR WHAT IS THE EXCUSE FOR THAT??? I LITTERALY QUIT PLAY CANDY CRUSH BECAUSE YOUR TECH ISSUE AND BLAME GAME!!!!

EXACTLY THE SAME THING FOR ME....BUT ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS FOR ME. I SEND OUT REQUESTS 3 TO 5X A DAY. NOTHING IN RETURN. I'havent had Facebook for almost 4 years. That's not the issue either. SO TECH SUPPORT EITHER FIX THE GAME....OR IM DONE PLAYING THE GAME. ANYONE THATS BEEN PLAYING FOR MULTIPLE YEATS LIKE ME AND LOTS OF OTHERS...DONT DESERVE THIS RUN AROUND. EITHER FIX THE ISSUE OR IM DONE!!!!!!
