Screen is grayed out and won't let me play

This is happening on my iPhone and on Facebook. I've tried deleting the app and re-adding it, but it keeps happening. Help!

Hi and welcome to the Jellies! That is so weird and at this time, I have not had anyone else comment about this.

Lets try to figure this out. You say Phone and Facebook. Are you using your phone when you are playing your game on the Facebook app. Or you have an CCJelly app on your phone and also you have an app playing they FB on a computer?

Is your login thru Facebook?

Here are some things you can try to do.

Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
Restart your device.
Check you have enough memory on your device. (2GB free)
Clear Cache. If you are using Android - go to Settings. Tap on Apps. Tap on Candy Crush Jelly. Tap on Storage. Tap on Clear Cache (Please, make sure not to select data!)
If you are using iOS - Tap on Settings. Tap on Safari. Tap Clear History and Website Data
