Game freezes

you need to make a reset button that does not lose my progress or where I freeze in the game. I notice it only freezes when I am winning. Never freezing when I am about to loose.

Hi, sorry you are having this problem. Please do a soft reset

• Log out of your game, Turn your device off and let it set for about 10 seconds. Turn your device back on and log in your game with your email and password. Do No Delete Your game. You will loose all of your boosters if you do.

I understand that your game is freezing so can you please restart to restart your game and device? After that, check if there are any updates for your devices OS and the game?

Also, could you please tell me your device model, game version and OS version?
