Progress lost

Hello,

I really hope you can help me with this. My mom used to play a lot (she was level 2700+) the pc needed replacement and altho she logged in microsoft store with the same credentials, her progress is lost. Is there a way to recover it?

Hi sorry you are having this problem. Try doing a soft reset and see if it straightens out.

Log out of your game. (Do Not delete your app) Then log back in and with your email and password and see if she has her levels back. 🤗

Not with a candy crash related account but with the microsoft store account. I was hoping you also retain ifnormation from there.
