When we win a level on our first try, we usually receive a Golden Pin. However, I'm not receiving them in Candy Crush Jelly. Does anyone know why? Is that a bug? (I started from level 1.)

I'm not even logged in. The game never gives me Golden Pins on my first tries, as if there's a bug. Why is there not a way to check with the game's support team? They really need to look out for such issues. I really don't feel like playing it without getting Golden Pins, and I hope it doesn't occur in the future if it gets fixed somehow, because it'll be too late.

When you pass a level on your first try, you are rewarded with a Golden Pin for the level, visible on the map screen. If you quit a level, you won't get it anymore
If you complete 35 Golden Pins, you'll even see a lovely Golden Crown perched on the level icon!
You also may want to try to do a soft reset. Log out of your game (Do Not delete the app). If you play on a phone, turn the phone off for about 10 seconds. Turn the phone back on and log back in with your email and password.
