IIm extremely confused what I need to do or and completely misinformed. I was told I would get extra rewards or more when purchaced items are made. But none the less I was told in game rewards for bages and milestone accivment. True? Or hoax please help

I lost my progress when I lost my phone now I can't go back to my last levels....
