✅ Update the game:No Gold Bars in Episode Race

Please make sure to update your game to the latest version: 4.2.1.0 to ensure everything runs smoothly and as expected.

it’s finally fixed. You have to do the update and it starts working correctly. I was awarded the gold bars for winning the race and the flag broke like it’s supposed to. It would be nice if I got the 20 gold bars I’m owed for previous wins that were messed up by the glitch though.

Let's see if suupposed fix in V4.2.1.0 from 23rd July would change something about this when I will reach level 9065. In any case, I lost 10 gold bars meanwhile.

Have you installed the latest version of the game? It's been working for me since I updated the game to version 4.2.1.0.

When will this issue be fixed???

I'm at 9065. Finished 1st. No rewards, no gold bars and again, it doesn't show I'm first but supposedly some players at 9066 but this level has not been released. This is 7 weeks in a row I finish 1st.

I'm owed over 35 gold bars.

It's getting tiresomeand I'm about to uninstall for good.

Because the daily bonus and the game where I win a race and get nothing for winning don't work, I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. This caused me to lose 50 gold bricks and a few bonuses. When will you fix the game?

Same thing this week. I'm at 7 week finishing 1st.

The team is aware that the Episode Race rewards aren’t working properly in some cases (especially in the final episode), and the issue is still under investigation. I know it’s frustrating, especially when it happens multiple times, and really sorry for the inconvenience.

We’re keeping a close eye on it and will update you as soon as we hear more. Appreciate your patience in the meantime 🙂

This is the 3rd week in a row the game didn't acknowledge I won the race. I don't know how other people are winning if it's happening to everyone, but it hasn't given me gold bars for winning at all. Hope it's fixed soon.

For the second section in a row I’ve completed the final level before anyone else yet whilst waiting for new levels to be added I’ve watched everyone else reach the final level pushing me down to last place so I’ve also missed out on the free gold bars for finishing first 😡😡

This the second week in a row that I've been the first in my group to complete the last level but not receive gold bars. It doesn't even look like I finished the race since the race tape isn't broken.

Also, last week I noticed people had completed an extra level that didn't even exist yet on my game!

I've just completed 8965. Is there an 8966 level that some people are accessing before next Wednesday!?

Also, I was pleased to see the bonus chests back last week. However, today there were none.☹

The game has been full of bugs for the past three weeks. Can someone explain to me why my avatar is visible on my last completed level, 8965, but is stuck at level 8945 in the episode race?
How can we get compensation for the game not working properly?

The studio is considering releasing more levels.
It will also compensate players who are at the end of the map.

I have reached level 8965. And there is no sign that I indeed won the episode and there are no goldbars given. I believe I won 3 episodes in a row and didn’t receive any awards.

Same thing with me I see no level 8965 on my game so even though I thought I won and just got no stars…someone I was playing against that has that level won the game.

I'm at 8985, and still no gold bars. It's been 3 weeks, I finish 1st and nothing, and then, I end up last about 5 days later when everyone else has caught up... When can we expect it to be fixed? I'm owed 15 gold

This has been happening to me too! Over the last few weeks, I was the first to finish my 20-level race but it didn't register and I didn't receive my gold bars. Also, a few days later I'd see players passing the next-higher level (which shouldn't be available yet and I didn't have) and officially completing the race.

It's all very confusing and frustrating.

The same goes for me. I was first on Wednesday, and today, Sunday, I was overtaken. The players are at level 8986, which hasn't even been published yet.
