Why am I getting a message saying that I do not have a WiFi connection?

Hi @queenmantha a very warm welcome to the King community.

Have you tried:

Firstly trying to disconnect your game by logging out of the Settings menu.

• Now close all apps and turn off your device. Turn it off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.
• Check for updates to your device and apps
• Now clear the cache of the game in the following order: Settings> Apps> Game name> Clear cache.
• Make sure you are within range of a wireless router. If you are using mobile data, make sure that this is enabled correctly in Settings> Mobile data.
• Join the game again, and reconnect to your King account.

Please don't uninstall and re-install your game as your boosters will be lost, just logging out of your game and giving it a re-boot as above solves several issues.
