Game freezed

Hello, the game froze in the middle of a game. How can I avoid losing my progress when I can't move any blocks?

Could you please try the steps below as they can help fix some technical issues you may be experiencing with the game on your iOS device:

Force close all apps and restart your device, making sure to leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds
Update your device to the latest version of iOS and check for any updates for the game app
Make sure that you have enough storage on your device. We recommend having at least 2GB free - to check this see this link
